I bought the previous version of this and it was great, I loved it!
Then I bought a bottle again and it tasted completely different. I wanted to find out why, I emailed support, they had me lookup the lot numbers of the current and previous bottle, maybe hoping I would have thrown the other one away, but I still had it, so I supplied them with the lot numbers. Their response was:
"Thanks for your email! I have an update stating that sometimes we switch vendors to ensure the same retail price but always verify the ingredient is the same specifications for the potency. This product and Lot is just an updated version. Please let me know if you have any questions!"
Then I asked, how can there be different potencies for a product that you claim is 100% niacin? Isn't 100% always the same potency? And they stopped responding. I prodded back about two more times and absolute silence. The silence is very incriminating.
That's too bad, I used to really like them, I'll have to find a new seller. And since I can't trust them to not lie about the purity of their niacin, I can't trust them about any of their other products anymore, I guess it's time to try other brands.
