Great pre workout.

Great product. I have been using pre workouts for 10 years. I was a biology major in college and was always interested in supplement ingredients. After quitting pre workout for a year and wanting to return to pre workouts without caffeine I chose this one. Dosed perfectly to give a mental uplifting sensation along with improved blood flow and the right amount of beta alanine, on paper and in practice this has been a great pre workout to give a great performance boost without the terrible effect of reliance. This is my go to pre workout from now on. I have also used this in smaller dosages to give me a bit of a boost for my weekend music gigs. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great pre workout that gives the right amount of boost without way too much crap ingredients.

Very good no caffeine

Not as much of the good stuff as other brands. Have to take 1 1/2-2 scoops to get the same effect as my caffeinated pre. Otherwise it's effective. Tastes awesome compared to most pre, dissolves good. I always look forward to the pump in pre and as long as you take a little more than a scoop the pump is great. Obviously not as good energy wise but it's no caffeine so you get what you pay for. One of the more trusted brands. I don't know why anyone would give less than 4 stars.

This is my go to pre workout. It is properly does with all the ingredients to get a good pump. Ive seen alot of reviews saying they got no energy from it, its stim free! I would say its more of a pump product then a pre workout. Blueberry is my favorite flavor and yes it is sweet to taste, but at least it doesn't taste like crap. It dissolves easy, I usually dry scoop it. You also get 30 servings with at this price is ðŸ”¥

Great for people who are sensitive to caffeine. All the kick with none of the side effects or drag. I've been using it for a year now after having issues with caffeine laden pre-workout mixes. I feel so great on this product and you don't get the hard crashes like with the other ones, so I can comfortably transition into the rest of my day.
