Does me good

Reasons I use agmatine are to increase my pump for my workouts and to reduce my pain perception. It seems to be working on both accounts. The side effects that I have with it is increased thermogenic response that seems to increase my metabolism. If I take this too late in the day or late afternoon I feel hot and sweaty at night when trying to sleep. So, I take it the first thing in the morning. They say not to take with protein for increased absorption. I do notice an increase of appetite but that's normal with agmatine.
