I like that this probiotic doesn't only support the digestive tract, but the urinary tract as well. This supplement has a really nice blend of herbs along with a probiotic blend and prebiotic. I didn't have any big issues taking it. There are sixty capsules in the bottle in total so it will last two months if you're not sharing the bottle with anyone. You can take it without food, but I recommend making sure you drink enough water since some of the ingredients can have a diuretic effect.

This is a great probiotic from Nutricost. Probiotics can be really beneficial for gut health, and having additional ingredients like Acacia Fiber, Uva Ursi, and Cranberry Extract can enhance the overall effectiveness.
Acacia Fiber is known for its prebiotic properties, which help nourish the beneficial bacteria in your gut. Uva Ursi and Cranberry Extract can also provide urinary tract health benefits. This seems like a pretty potent probiotic. I do trust this brand. I haven't had any issues and I do think it helps as sort of a digestive after big meals. I'm happy with it.
