I bought this to sprinkle on popcorn, but am using it on vegetables, etc.

nice to have on=hand

This is nice to have on-hand. Want cheesier Mac & Cheese? Use this! Cheesy popcorn, sauces, you name it; it will help pick-up more of a creamier, cheesy flavor. I use this in popcorn a lot. I have also made "Ramon & cheese". I take the hot water out of the cooked noodles and add this along with some onion powder; tasty! I don't use flavor packet that comes w/noodles. Your imagination is the limit. Good to have in case of emergency as well!

Best I've ever tried!

I took a chance and, because of a good Prime Days sale, ordered two 2.5 lb. containers of the Nutricost Pantry White Cheddar Cheese Powder, to add to popcorn, mac & cheese, and so on. It turned out to be a wise investment, as I'd been committed to a competing powdered cheese product previously. That powder was good, but this is better. In fact, this is so tasty, I'm almost sorry I didn't stock up further (how long will 5 lbs last me?). Usually, the cheese powders have that salty flavor, but this tastes like white cheddar to me. I'm now a happy Amazon subscriber of this brand!

I'm not a cheese person, but live the white cheddar popcorn. With the bagged popcorn almost doubling and as much of it I was buying and eating (7 bags a week), I wanted to find a better solution to the amount I was spending each week.The powered white cheddar in the stores was absolute garbage.So when I came across this on Amazon and the reviews were amazing, I thought I'd give it a shot.THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!I'm on my 2nd container of it, because the 1st one didn't t even last me 2 months. This is worth every penny for it!This could be put in scrambled eggs, soups and of course spaghetti ðŸ ðŸ˜‹.I will NEVER buy the other (man-made) fake parmesan cheese again.
