Leucine will use up other BCAAs when you build muscle, so if you take leucine alone it won't be effective beyond what BCAAs you consume. I've gained a ton of muscle in a year using basic barbell workouts, a rice protein supplement, creatine, and this leucine. Went from benching 115lb to 215lb all natty, just eating right and taking basic supplements, this included. DO NOT LEAVE THIS STUFF IN YOUR BLENDER BOTTLE!1! But seriously, it will reek. I messed up and left some in mine for a couple days, and the stench it left was like rotting corpse. Never experienced that with any other protein, but it took a lot of scrubbing and eventually phoning a buddy who suggested letting baking soda sit in it for a day. Worked and saved my bottle from the recycling bin.
Love this stuff. Activates mTOR and makes me really anabolic I swear I've grown a little from it lol. 19 years of age. Just down it with liver and whey protein so you don't get nausea from the Leucine since it won't really use mTOR the correct way. You want as many amino acids as you can get with stuff. I just take it before bed and it makes me hit the hay real fast as well.
It works does as chemical literature describes L-Leucine benefits I work out harder in fact my muscles want to do more. no jitters, my muscles are retaining firmness. they are developing. I am getting more and more reps in. I can feel the burn and push on . weight lifting and cycling I see longer pushes on difficult tasks. Very pleased with desired / expectant results. why 4 stars?..................... the TASTE is horrible, I mean horrible. you need something strongly flavored to take this with. otherwise you just won't.
