I use 3g of L-Citrulline in my homemade Pre-Workout along with 3g Beta-Alanine & 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous. I also get another 3.5g L-Citrulline in Nutri-cost's Intra-Workout Powder so a FULL 6.5g and as soon as I started I really noticed huge pumps in my muscles, also my veins pop during and after workout I never saw them before L-Citrulline, also I get more energy and less fatigue during sets to push to FAILURE! I saw 6g in a-lot of Pre-Workouts so that's where I got inspired, I rather make my own so I know what I put in it. I defietly will purchase again along with the other ingredients, I do want to try another intra workout that has more BCAA's since the Intra only has 5g but I'll miss out on the 3.5g but I could just do 2 scoops but even 3g I think alone will continue the benefits.

You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
