At 44$ this is still expensive, but given how expensive some of the other brands are, this is a steal. 1.4$ per serving is a lot less than the ester based shot drinks (they work a little better imho) but cost 5$ a shot. K2 and Zink will help you absorb the electrolyte bound bhb better for those interested. It tastes like the ocean died in your mouth tho, be prepared.

Hace su funciÃ³n muy bien me mantiene en buen nivel de cetosis siempre cuando no consuma azucares ni carbohidratos. Se disuelve con facilidad. Tiene un sabor leve entre amargo y un toque acido, mezclado al cafe No es de sabor agradable, lo mezcle con agua, hielo y un toque de Vinagre de Manzana y fue mas agradable y refrescante, toca ir probando. Mix with lemon water, works great.

Took me a while to find out what to mix it with. It tastes absolutely awful except if you mix it with water with a lot of lemon juice in it. So win-win since that's really good for you too.

Keeps energy up, mind clear while I don't eat sugars, refined carbs or garbage. this gives me the strength to do one more day. Product is excellent. All ketones on amazon have been purged and this is the only with the right dosage I can find. there used to be other brands at 3500 mg bhb but now they're all gone. To all the reviews complaining about the taste I'm so confused ðŸ¤” it is tasteless so idk maybe they are incredibly sensitive? Also no stomach aches to report here but I'm pretty used to bhb salts. Mixes really well also.
