My apologies. It arrived the day I wrote the previous review. I was given incorrect information from the couriers. They told me they hadn’t received it but they had.

Works but be careful for sensitive stomachs

I put a half scoop in my coffee for a booster. I wouldn't eat it plain unless you're into bitterness, AND it's hard on the stomach as caffeine can be.
I suggest stirring well if you put it in a drink, the clumping it tends to do seems to exacerbate sour stomach.

Bitter taste but amazing

This stuff works wonders for me. The taste isn’t my favourite but I drink it in a small glass with about one cup of water & take it down fast with a (reusable) straw. I usually have another water ready to go to drink right after to kind of drown out the bitterness.

After work I’m usually tired, but when I drink this I find I have so much more energy the whole day/ evening. No jitters & no crash!

I had to completely cut out coffee because there was a day I had a few coffees the same day I took this and I was a little wired that night and didn’t have a good sleep.

Long story short, my inflammation (I have arthritis) is down, energy is way up and I’m feeling a lot more mobile and focused. The taste isn’t the best but I’ll drink it any day for the benefits!
Definitely will buy again.
