I had a coffee thing. But it was not good for my stomach. These taken in small amounts can get you through that. Low price and consistent dose. 1 in the morning and another on rare occasions when you find yourself in need of an energy boost works great.

This is a good product and it saves me a ton of money. I don't like coffee and I was spending $3-$5 dollars a day on 5 hour energy shots so this is the perfect product for me personally.
