Works but tastes like straight powdered ear wax

Great way to keep your ketones up but BEWARE! This powder LEGIT TASTES LIKE BIG FOOT’S EAR WAX. DO NOT - I REPEAT, DO NOT - TRY TO DRINK THIS WITH JUST WATER. This made me rethink some serious life decisions. I’ve never really put my gag reflex to the test but this was so bad, I actually said the words “I can’t even with this stuff”. And I NEVER say things like that. When I say it tastes bad, I mean think about the worst thing you’ve tasted, all the foods you say you’ll never eat because they taste bad. Asparagus? Anchovies? Liver and onions? Lina beans? A Century Egg? Well, I have a “life hack” for you. One sip of this tonic with the flavor at full blast, and you’ll be begging for a plate full. It’s life-changingly BAD. When my wife tasted it for the first time, she even said “hey, you know what? Natural child birth actually wasn’t that bad.” The taste is so STRONG, the only thing I’ve found that will put a slight dent in the harshness of the flavor is a full liter of diet Mountain Dew for a 1-scoop serving. Even then, the ghastly spirit of the flavor is the last thing left sticking to the back of your tongue with every swallow, clinging on to those tastebuds that LOVE reporting on bitter horribleness.
But hey my wife and I are both down 20 pounds (each!) in just over a month using this along with the ketogenic diet, so...... maybe just go back to formula with the taste, eh?!

Good but that aftertaste

Not a full five stars because the after taste/feel in your mouth is almost unbearable. It’s like you’ve eaten chalk after you swallow the liquid. It dissolves easily, goes down smooth and definitely helps while on a keto diet but that aftertaste is not great. I drink it with my preworkout before going to the gym and I like how I feel throughout the day.
