Quality whey protein powder but you'd probably need another measuring scoop

Great composition and formulation as well as the quality ingredients. However I have to alter daily dose and make it specifically tailored to my individual exercise/workout plan, therefore I'm using a different measuring scoop (not the one that comes with the container). I enjoy the double chocolate flavor of this whey protein power. I simply mix one serving of 50 grams to my daily breakfast, either oatmeal, or yogurt with fruit, or Kefir or homemade fruit &veggie smoothie, so flexible, convenient and tasty. Would recommend it!

Good taste, helped me gain weight

This helped me put on a few pounds and it tasted good. The shake was thick and hard to stomach most of the time if you don't put enough liquid in.
