I have been searching for magnesium that will help me with some energy and this is the stuff! Good supplement at a good price.
Over the last two weeks, I've been taking Nutricost magnesium malate at 2,100 mg and find it very agreeable. It helps for muscle recovery and alleviating pent-up stress when taken at 420 mg per serving. The whole product contains 180 capsules (60 servings) which is incredibly good value for two months. They are vegetarian and non-GMO, and do not contain gluten and soy-all those are made in a GMP-compliant facility registered with the FDA-I like that about them. Very easy to swallow-no aftertaste and no belly upset.
